Seekonk Fitness Studio is a clean, bright space that supports being active and having fun.
We are not a typical gym. We offer individual, couple or small group training sessions by appointment only. You get one-on-one personalized attention and you'll never feel self-conscious.
You can pay as you go, or purchase a block of visits for an added discount.

I never thought I was the type of person to have a personal trainer. I would go to the gym, lift weights, run on the treadmill and that was fine. But I wasn't really seeing much progress, so I tried a free session with Mike. That was years ago and working with him is the best decision I ever made. He pushes me to do more, and having appointments keeps me committed. I live in Boston now, but drive down for my sessions. I'm worth it!
